Reservations and Payments:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card (not debit) at the time of booking.

Guarantee at Check-In:
Guests must present a valid ID and a credit card upon registration. If no credit card is available, a cash deposit of COP 300,000 per night or USD 100 is required. Cash deposits will be refunded at check-out.

Please note that extra beds, sofa beds, and cribs are subject to availability and are not guaranteed in the rooms.

Advance Payment Policy
Guests must pay in advance the price of the first night within 72 hours prior to arrival. This amount will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. If the payment is declined, the reservation will be automatically canceled and cannot be reinstated.

Flexible cancellation reservations must be canceled 48 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty fee equivalent to one night of accommodation plus taxes.
Valid only for reservations made through our website. For reservations made through other channels, please check the applicable policy directly with them.

High Season or City Event Policy
These reservations are subject to special conditions, including advance payment of the first night as a guarantee. This charge may be processed by the hotel at any time after the reservation is confirmed, without a specific date. Please ensure your card is active and unrestricted to avoid inconveniences.

Group Policy:
Reservations of 3 rooms or more are subject to special conditions and surcharges. Payment of the first night will be required as a guarantee.

Hotel Check-In and Check-Out Policy:

• Check-In: 3:00 p.m.

• Check-Out: 12:00 p.m.

Early Departure Policy:
In case of early departure (if the reservation holder or companions leave before the scheduled check-out date), the full amount of the stay will be charged as a penalty.

Additional Guests Policy:
To ensure safety and quality, all companions must be registered during check-in. The additional guest fee is COP 99,000 + VAT. If companions are not present at check-in, their personal information must be provided in advance for pre-registration. Failure to register in time will be non-refundable.

Unregistered guests will incur a charge of USD 99 per person, per day, or its equivalent in Colombian pesos based on the hotel’s exchange rate, payable before accessing the room.

According to Colombian Law 2068 of 2020, only companions with official ID may be registered. Each guest must sign the hotel registration form. The reservation holder must also inform the front desk when companions leave to avoid additional charges.

Non-Refundable Reservations Policy:
Non-refundable rates: No modifications allowed. In case of cancellation, early departure, or no-show, the full stay will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation at any time after booking, with no refund.

Smoking Policy:
According to Resolution 1956 of March 30, 2008, smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms, public areas, restaurants, and lounges. A USD 200 cleaning fee will be charged to guests who smoke in the room.

Children Policy:
No extra charge applies for up to 2 children under 12 years staying in their parents’ or guardians’ room using existing beds.

• Children must stay with one parent and present a birth certificate, or with a responsible adult duly authorized by a notarized document signed by at least one parent.

• A copy of the authorization must be provided at check-in along with the child’s ID or birth certificate.

Colombian law protects minors from all forms of exploitation and sexual violence by national or foreign tourists.

Tax Policy:
The 19% VAT applies to Colombians and foreign residents in the country. Exemption applies for non-resident foreigners who provide proof as per Decree 297 of 2016:

• Original passport

• Valid immigration stamp (PIP-3, PIP-5, PIP-6, PIP-10) or valid Temporary Visa (TP-7, TP-11, TP-12).

• Only applicable when purchasing tourism services through registered operators or hotels.

Hotel Insurance Policy:
Optional insurance: COP 8,900 + taxes per person per night, not included in the room rate.

Presidential Suite Policy:
The hotel will charge the value of the first night in advance to the credit card provided as a guarantee.
